Combat and progression changes
| Area | Officially described change | Important limit |
|---|---|---|
| Enemy durability | Reduced base health and required Falter level for most enemies, plus the Dancer and Deserter bosses. | No numeric before/after values were published. |
| Player strength | Increased maximum Aberrant Strength and maximum Ability Strength, with larger increases later in the progression curve. | This is not enough evidence for an exact build calculator. |
| Respeccing | Permanently reduced respec cost and increased Reset Item stock across vendors. | Vendor counts and price values were not published. |
| The Artist | The first Resonant boss fight now drops two Reset Items instead of one. | This is the only explicit item count in the announcement. |
English UI text changes
Aberrant Strength now describes its value as “Damage and Falter X%” instead of the less specific “Multiplier X%.” Build Power now says it comes from unlocked Combat Abilities, Aberrant forms and upgrades, Talents, and Core Upgrades.
Remedy says localized versions will follow. Until those strings are published in other languages, this site does not invent translated menu wording.
What patch 1.3.3 does not establish
The launch announcement is not a complete technical changelog. It does not state that PC crashes, audio desynchronization, Reflex latency, preload redownloads, or every performance problem are fixed. Those subjects remain community-only reports unless they appear in a later official issue list or patch note.
The separate issue checker tracks the official known-issue list and its published workarounds. Keeping patch changes and unresolved issues separate prevents a launch hotfix from being read as a universal fix.
